Clonal Micropropagation, Rhizogenesis and Adaptive Capacity of Certain Rose (Rosa L.) Variety Explants

This article presents research on the inclusion of biotechnological link in rose breeding. Roses are heterozygous plants and give splitting when propagated by seed. Therefore, clonal micropropagation has been included to reproduce preserve valuable genotypes new starting material. The aim this study was select type auxin its optimal concentrations for better Rhizogenesis micro-sprouts selected cultivars, suitable substrate more effective adaptation regenerant plants. For introduction explants into culture, cultivation preparation nutrient media, traditional methods adopted tissue culture work were applied. rooting well-formed micro-sprouts, liquid medium with a halved content macro- microsalts sucrose used.
